On Monday (June 15th), Harvard University’s admissions office announced they would not require standardized testing scores for the College Class of 2025. The amendment allows applicants not to be penalized for failing to submit Advanced Placement or SAT subject test scores. If you are a veteran seeking to transfer, or simply begin your college education, this news should act as a significant incentive to apply to Harvard University. Many student veterans avoid schools that require standardized test scores; hopefully, with the adopted new practice in place, Harvard University will prompt more student veterans to apply to their school, increasing the current veteran population.
